For some reason I will try to open it. It will ask to extract, then it does but then it doesn’t open. And I couldn’t find it. Then when I did it would do the same thing.

I did all the steps but after restarting the pc from the popup, davinci resolve wasnt anywhere. I have the control panels and everything else downloaded but the actual editing software doesnt show up when I search it.

Quick question: Yesterday I was trying to install DaVinci Resolve 19 on my new macbook pro m2 max which is updated to MacOS Sequoia and when I downloaded the free version from the site (version 19.0.1) and double clicked to install, the installer prompt said I needed Rosetta installed to continue with the installation. Is there a way to bypass needing to have Rosetta installed on the Mac? Please let me know as I want to install DaVinci without having to have Rosetta installed in the process.

19 is no longer beta, there are 2 choices now for Windows, and this tutorial is for Mac... useless for me, why does it come up?
