Vesta (minor-planet designation: 4 Vesta) is the brightest asteroid in the solar system and is often visible from Earth with the naked eye. It's the second-largest object in the asteroid belt and was the first to be visited by a spacecraft in the asteroid belt (The Dawn Mission).

MOVA has taken the satellite images from NASA, to create a topographic globe of the Vesta asteroid. Brilliant blue and green tones are mixed with deep reds to show the various elevations and terrain of the famed asteroid. Red hues show a higher elevation while blue shows the lower areas.

The MG-45-VESTA comes with a clear three-pronged acrylic stand, however, there are more MOVA Globe stands to choose from.

Each handcrafted globe mingles vibrant artwork with our patented technology for flawless rotation without batteries or messy cords. Hidden solar cells use ambient light for power, while the earth's magnetic field provides the necessary torque. These elements work in unison to power a whisper quiet mechanism, allowing the globe to rotate within a clear outer shell.
