ZEN AND THE ART OF YOUTUBE [Finding Joy In The Journey]
Показать описание
Zen and the art of YouTube means finding joy in the journey of creation. Sometimes the best way to meditate is to create!
I keep running into things like "Zen in the Art of Archery" by Eugen Herrigel, "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" by Robert M. Pirsig, and most recently, a video called "Zen and the Art of Making Coffee" by Matt D'Avella. This idea of being able to find "Zen" in an act or process that occurs somewhere in your life fascinated me so I began to wonder, what do I do that helps me find mindfulness?
This is where creating videos for YouTube comes in. People often ask why I don't make videos on YouTube about my career as a music producer. The short answer is because I already do that for 50+ hours per week. I needed a creative outlet that I hadn't already turned into my career.
