Notice there’s a blue pipe above you when you exit the key door and fall through the spinning saw. If you look closely you’ll notice a vine next to the door.
To beat the level without dying, you have to hold right and up at the same time when exiting the key door. This will ensure you fall far enough to the right to reach the vine as well as grab onto it when you hit it. This will also take you through the blue pipe above you which goes straight to the end.
