How to Install Chrome OS Flex on 12 year old Dell Notebook [ TUTORIAL ]

In This Tutorial we will guide you How to Install Google Chrome OS Flex on Dell Latitude E6430 Notebook. Same Process applies to all other Dell Notebooks. I Try to get rid of Windows 10 completely from my old laptop and installed Chrome OS which amazingly improves performance of dell latitude laptop if you have sluggish old computer you can always try it out first by making Chrome Image recovery USB and Later decide to install it on your laptop.

Can I put this OS on a pc from the windows vista era?

I have a latitude e7440 with i5 4th gen and 8 gigs of RAM...I was able to try out the OS and boot from pendrive but when I installed the OS it gets stuck in the ChromeOS Flex splash screen on boot...when I wait for several minutes (like 15 min or so) the screen blacks out and nothing happens...I have done several things such as : turned TPM to Off, Turned Legacy Mode On, updated boot order and everything that has been on some articles....i reinstalled the OS like 3 times and nothing changes...Can you help me with this?
