So Day Trade account here in Canada is called a Margin Account where you take a share on margin on a loan every day. But day trading is not profitable statically as algo and big quant firms churn out the day spreads.

I don't have any license nor did I study finance, I just got interested in money and economics and read 100's of books and listened to 1000's of hours of podcasts from smart people and read articles and other content like Berkshire Hathaway letters to self educate myself and it took just 2 years to go from 0 knowledge to a position where I made 60% CAGR on a really high base for 4 years consistently. Also I didn't do any day trading mind you, I barely even did any transactions, just bought good index ETFs and sat on it. That's all, let compounding do its job

That is quadrupling of money in 4 years. So no thanks, not getting advice from these guys. Just do your own research and do it for a long time, you'll be much better off.
