I dig visual triggers! Hand movements are my favorite trigger cuz I first started experiencing ASMR with my grandma touching my forehead sort of blessing me. 👍🏻✌🏻👌🏻🇧🇷

My favorite version of this is "there's an egg on your head and the yolk is running down" i think its better at relaxing you than the stabbing imagery.

Ps: I like the lighting especially because one side of your face is lit with a warm light and the other with a cool one (your computer i think). It looks super cool!
