I dont know if rh is aware of youtubers like you but they need to improve because 90% of the questions you mention were asked by them. After the meeting I was starting to think that rh said: damn, here is another one who knows the thing. Before taking this job, I've applied to many just to get into a position that I enjoy doing (because there are just that many oppertunities, I'm a generalist and adore varied days so I'm not really picky in function). Many interviews were had, and I was successful at 6 of them also partly due to your videos. Many thanks for that!

Though all those companies wanted me, I took this job specifically because it had the most guest-specific interaction, but mostly it was also the best 2-sided interview I had. It took an hour and it was enjoyable all the way through, and it shows as it is the best work-atmosphere I've ever had in my life. Even though its not a function I studied or majored in, I don't think I want to be anywhere else.

I have to say that your videos have helped me a lot. I started watching it when I didn't feel good at my work and after some consulting I started to apply for new jobs. Turns out I was demotivated because I was working below my level and didn't see any way to improve.

I also started a new education to rise even higher, I love challenges (especially if I can beat them). Again, thank you for your advice.
