Also: Water Art Master is an ADDITION, not an INSTEAD OF, so he does BOTH as his passive. Very nice.

Teshar buff is all about the AI. Now he can actually auto ToA, secret dungeons etc with continuous skill 3

Lol teshar now is actually good. Basically if you have him on violent you have s1 than s3 (kill someone) + proc violent s2 and s3 again even if his damage is decreased I still find this as a buff. Good balance patch for sure

Bagel, water art master keeps his old passive, they just added more to it, they didn’t change it entirely.

The Teshar buff has the chance of being insane depending on exactly how the interaction works:
If Tempest is on cooldown and Teshar uses S2 to secure a kill, does Tempest immediately come off cooldown and is immediately used, or does it only reset itself if the passive gets the kill. It's not clear which is the case, but if it's the first scenario then the new buff is very good. You can now rune Teshar on vio. Imagine that double proc into double tempest.. Mmm spicy

Guys hear me out,
Barque is going to be a fun toy in guild wars: with his third skill he def breaks and hits hard, if he crits on both he gets 100% att bar do thats most likely an instant turn, after that he uses his second skill again finishing the first unit if he didnt already, he will get 65% att bar if he crits, he'll prob get his turn back soon becauze of 65% att bar and then if he vio procs he has the third skill to do that compo again
His leader skill makes ot easier to rune him with high crit rate
