Just watched Top Gear S21E03 which was filmed when, just prior to the arrival of Putin's troops, the boys had to drive from Sevastopal to Chernobyl. Despite their typical silly humour I could not raise a smile, thinking how such a pretty country looks nowadays thanks to the f-ing Russians.

The Neptune is only really new in the sense that it was recently developed and produced. The system uses older designed parts to it. From what I have read, it was developed from the KH-35 which was designed in 1983, put into service by India in 1993 and then put into service by Russia in 2003. So its not exactly new. This shows there are further problems with the S-400. Also, they usually have Pantsir systems near the S-400 to protect them up close. If they did, they should rename them the pants down. Because the Russians always seem to be caught with their pants down against air threats.

This must be one of those cutting edge new single use radars!

Now "Made in Russia" is a brand people will avoid.😂

I have it on good authority that the radar did detect the Neptune missiles and it was able to track them until they were successfully intercepted by the Russian army, thus proving the high quality of Russian radars. Whoever named a radar Gravestone obviously had foresight.

I wonder what the ru tourists agencies were putting on the cover of their Crimean brochures this year. A Neptune?

Russia dropped the soap. And two and a half years later, they're still looking for it...

Hullo, Mr Solovyov. Before you start the working week, I'd better deliver your daily reminder: your sons, still have not served in Ukraine, Kursk, or Belgorod.

Ahh, the ol' interception at the point if impact trick!

Perhaps they should deploy anti missile protection to protect a further anti missile system that will prevent the anti missile system getting destroyed by flying debris, or pure incompetence 😂

That green pole looks like a former KFC billboard which has been converted into a radar station.

The russian operations manual for this system needs to have a preface. 'Comrade BEFORE drinking wodka, read this manual & operate the radar'. Simple misunderstanding.

Love your extra-dry sense of humour, pal. Keep up the great work!
