Finally! A tour that shows the cultural diversity of Manhattan and realistic small/outdated apt. Thank you for including the history of Morningside, it’s so important to the area especially as more and more of the locals have been pushed up and out of Manhattan all together (first up to Washington Heights/Inwood, then to the Bronx).

This is actually a Columbia sublet apartment. I live in one of those, they are priced at a lower price as compared to similar apartments in Morningside heights!

BTW "Morningside Heights"IS HARLEM Harlem is 110th Street to 155th Street River to River. Nice place though

Morningside Heights is a great neighborhood! But it is not the Upper West Side, UWS ends at 110.

Misleading: she clearly has student housing. The rent is easily double that, but Columbia owns almost all the real estate in Morningside

Sounds like Columbia students are trying real hard to extend the border and be from the UWS 🙄😂 Appreciate you trying to give history but I’m surprised it’s off. Upper West Side ends at 110th (even just few years ago most considered it 96th but now Manhattan Valley is clearly included in Upper West). Morningside Heights is Harlem. Not surprised Columbia students aren’t claiming that though 😁
