Yes! I’m a 6’4, 300lb skater. Before Flight decks I broke my tail constantly, I have now gone 4 months with my 8.63 Flight deck and not only has it not broken but it still has tons of pop! Best product out there!

I am currently riding a flight deck, I love it and I love that you get shape options with each size. I will be ordering a another flight deck as a backup soon. It is worth the extra money

I'm 6'1" - 6'2" area & tipping the scales @ 280lbs. Been skating the Anderson flight deck 9.1 for about 2- 3 weeks. All the fellers I skate with all payed attention when I skate to watch the boards reaction to my weight & they all say it barley "flexes" when I land hard landing tricks like stair ollies, launch ramps ect. I LOVE THIS DECK!!! It outlasted my lower left fibula (just above my ankle). Apparently this deck is now stronger than my 50yr old bones. But like the great philosopher, The Terminator, once said, "I'll be back."

It appears that the same flight deck was used for all of the tests. Could this have caused cracks in the lower wooden plys that would lessen the total strength of the deck? If so, could a new deck with no previous stress potentially withstand the 150 lbs impact? Either way, the innovation is great. I recently purchased one of these and can't wait to skate it.

Everything rules but how about getting a little more aggro with that logo. Powell always had the raddest graphics, what's with the artichoke?!

Flight decks are incredibly strong. They're great. Now Powell needs to solve the last two remaining puzzles to make the perfect deck:

1. Razor tail
2. Splintering nose or tail

You should create another test that shows whether or not the board becomes flimsy and loses pop after surviving a large impact.

I'm worried that although the deck is intact it turns into a noodle like some other older fiber based boards. Just because it's in one piece doesn't mean it's still good. The wood may develop small cracks yet still be held together by the fiber.

Best board ever made, got one a a couple of weeks ago....and is not a toy man!...amazing pop....very nice skating. But there is something that I do not like: fast razortail...we will sea if lost or not the pop...however it is worth for money even being in europe where we actually we pay more for skate gear than in usa
