First workout of 25! Let’s go!

4 sets of everything as one super set
4 sets of dumbbell incline for 8 reps. Low and slow.
4 sets of straight bar rows really getting up in the chest at 10 reps.
4 sets of skull crushers trying to maintain a steady movement without bending the elbows too much 10 reps.
4 sets of bicep curls, I went heavy and 6 slow reps.
Ab rollers 4 sets of 5. These will hurt tomorrow!

Get it after it and move your body!

for the concentration curls, placing your elbow on your leg would help place more tension on the bicep rather than the front delt
