This Bangkok street dessert, known as an ice cream roll is probably the most unique and interesting ice cream dessert I have ever seen.

It is made in front of your eyes, by freezing your flavored ice cream liquid onto an extremely cold cooking plate. It is then mixed up with a special chopping technique. Flattened and then rolled up and topped with your choice of favorite topping.

Beside the classic gelati ice cream, this has got to be my next favorite ice cream.
