Quitting. It’s a huge decision. It’s also something all of us have considered at least once.

Thinking about quitting your job? Before you make any rash decisions, you need to ask yourself a few very important questions.

1. Have you served in that job for two years?

2. Do you have the right experience?

3. Are you overworked?

4. Have you tried to energize the role, or take it to the next level?

5. Is there something else going on?

BONUS Tip: Be careful.

Hi there! Super great tips when in comes to wanting to quite your job. I work with so many clients that find themselves in this situation. I advise them to hang in there until they have another job lined up. Really appreciate your tips. 😄

It’s not fair, finding a new job while recently employed. There are people who need jobs, even those who never have one.

Let's be honest, the only thing that we need to consider before quitting is how to replace that income.

Thank you for the useful information, i have worked with different employers 2 jobs for 18 months . First it was lay-off, Second because of Family emergency. Do you think it going to impact negatively in my career and how I respond to it.

I dissarge! Strongly! You don't have to stay for 2 years in a place where you're not happy just to "get experience". There are enough employers out there who will hire you without that "2 years of experience" request. You should consider if that working environment is toxic for you, thaht's one of the most important things. Moreover, if you already have that job lined-up as you say in the tip then that second advice is useless since you clearly don't need "enough experience" to impress an employer. The only thing I agree with is to quit after you already have another offer but I strongly dissagree with the other things.

Hello! Could you comment/ make a video about the conversation to have with your manager and employer to announce your departure to begin your own business? Can you provide input on the type of difficult questions they (hr) may ask as a result? My goal is to leave this October and resign four weeks prior (by giving them a one month notice)

Well don't agree with her regarding the two year period and other things she says. It depends how much previous experience you have. A lot matters how they treat you, what they promised you and what you've found at the job.
