I grew up in Broomfield, Colorado. There as a train track that went behind the Dairy Queen on 120th Ave. They had a place to tie up our horses as well as a water trough for them but no drive-thru. We'd tie up, get our ie cream and ride home. We followed the train tracks a lot of places so we didn't have to deal with cars on the road. Can't do this now. They've put fences up around the tracks and the DQ has removed the tie up rack and water trough. It was such a great place to grow up in the 1970s.

Back in the day a guy in our neighborhood rode his horse to the neighborhood restaurant for breakfast every morning. The horse would eat grass in the front corner area.

Horses are great. Not the only day they provide transportation, but they provide companionship and purpose to our lives.

We can take these horses and give them a wonderful life and make them happy and make them feel safe.

Animals are a lot easier to read them people sometimes. And animals are more helpless.

$4 a gallon is £0.83 a litre in the UK. Right now its about £1.56 per litre ( Would take deal that any day.) Thats the equivalent of about $9 a gallon.
