It depends on who made it not the country they are from. I've had Naija jollof, Ghana jollof and Sierra Leone jollof from very good cooks and when I tell you the cooks represented well, they represented well. All jollofs are the best so long you're a good cook

As a Jamaican 🇯🇲, I find Ghanaian jelof more tasty.
Nigerian jellof has a more fishy smell.

Senegal/Gambia been won. Plus they invented it… The fact that they’re the only people who call it by the actual name “Thieboudienne” plus everyone who isn’t SeneGambian named the dish after the originators. There was a Jollof Empire spanning Senegal, Gambia and some of Mauritania.
