Man, I got at day 54, my best yet, I started like 9 months ago. I just relapsed, and I was devastated, till I watch this. Thank you SO MUCH. We all can, and will change, good luck guys.

Always remember, there is a big difference between a lapse and a relapse. One lapse doesn't make a relapse. A relapse is falling back into your old habits. If you have a lapse, it can be just that. Most of the gains are maintained, especially in terms of self-control. Keep going.

Just relapsed after 3-4 months of staying clean. It's a process that takes time and I'm grateful that I have come this far in my self discipline. As Thomas Wayne told his son Bruce: "Why do we fall? So that we can learn to pick ourselves up."

Once you relapse, understand that it is your mind set that determines how you feel! When you relapse you don’t lose the benefits that you acquired. AS A MAN THINKETH SO IS HE! Remember no human is perfect! When we fail, we learn, it’s the only way to move forward! STOP GOING SO HARD ON YOURSELF! It’s a mindset! after you relapse think of the positive results that you have gained I guarantee that your energy level will remain high! It’s all in the mind. If you only relapse once that’s fine. You only get tired if you have sex multiple times in a day / week! Releasing just once every month will not deplete you from the knowledge, wisdom, and understanding you have gained. You energy becomes stagnant when you have sex back to back more that time in a day/ week. Your body loses its vitamins, nutrients, zinc, ect when you constantly release, that is why most men feel so tired. One way to combat that is to jump in some cold water, read, workout to gain the lost energy back, and remain focused.

I relapsed yesterday.. pretty bad. 3 times in a day. It was like everything gave me the urge. I’m grateful for it actually. The guilt made it hard to sleep, which made me miss my alarm, no 4am workout, no journaling, no meditation, etc, late for work which threw off my whole morning. I caught myself in this low frequency and could only smile and look up with gratitude because atleast now I know the path and I see it clearly which I didn’t before yesterday. Day 1, LETS GO!!

Made it 18 days, not a lot to many but meant everything to me hitting that new milestone. Thankfully I didn’t feel mentally physically drained . I Will reboot tomorrow & start over 💪🏽
