Old Bay and lemon makes ANY seafood dish a gem. You can't go wrong with that combo❤. Want it rich, add butter or mayo...spicy, add chili flakes. Its magic!

I'd cut a couple shallow slices across the grain under the lobster tail so that it doesn't curl up as it cooks. The one muscle will contract occasionally and curl it right up on you.
I must have prepped hundreds of lobater tails in my time as a chef and before as a prep chef.

wth I didn’t know we had a lobster FARM?! When my dad brought these “crabs” every 7 months, I always thought that maybe it was just some kind of specie of crabs. I didn’t know how lobsters look like in real life, but I guess I actually do😔 I should’ve asked my dad what those were sooner.

Yessss!!!❤I like using mayo in hot dishes. I put it on chicken tenderloins and roll them in panko then bake or fry them. It's excellent. Really keeps it juicy.
