Valencia is the capital of the autonomous community of Valencia and the third-most populated municipality in Spain, with 800.000 inhabitants. Valencia is also a major travel destination in Spain. The wider urban area also comprising the neighboring municipalities has a population of around 1.6 million, constituting one of the major urban areas on the European side of the Mediterranean Sea. Valencia is located on the banks of the river Turia, on the east coast of the Iberian Peninsula, at the Gulf of Valencia, north of the Albufera lagoon.

Just came this morning from Valencia, I love the city

I visited Valencia just this year, in May 2022. We were only there for 8 hours as part of a cruise ship stop and visited the Oceanographic. A beautiful place, we enjoyed the shark tunnel and the dolphin show very much. The modern architecture here is like nowhere else I've been except perhaps Future Land at Disneyland, but Valencia is far more impressive and expansive. I'd love to go back and see more of this wonderful city.

Valencia cuenta con el parque más largo de Europa, es el antiguo cauce del río Turia.
Lleno de árboles y vegetación.
Es una auténtica maravilla.
Lleno de gente y de vida.
Hay un lago artificial en uno de sus extremos se llama Parque de Cabecera junto al Biopark, que es el zoológico con todos los animales en libertad en su hábitat.
En el otro extremo está la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias y el Oceanográfico.
Este parque cruza la ciudad de Valencia, llamados Jardines del río Turia.
El río como comúnmente le llaman los valencianos.
