I get that Hanako and Nene ARE the main focus for the manga but someone, literally ANYONE, needs to check up on Kou. This kid has so much on his plate. He has the responsibilities of the house chores, worrying about nenes life span and mitsubas wish, while at the same time having ABSOLUTELY no idea how he is going to be able to help either of them out, he is constantly worried about not being strong enough and after what Teru pulled at the misaki shrine about the whole “Kou went into the red house” he’s probably going to get an earful from his father. On top of that his moms dead. Someone help this kid out.

Kou is like the most wholesome yet the most traumatized charachter. (That's not really true but you get the point) LIKE- The whole Mitsuba thing, him coming back, not remembering, Nene's lifespan, and something I also noticed is that canoniclly Teru DOES NOT know about the thing that went on with Mitsuba.
