"Fai rumore" means "make noise" it's about the feelings of missing loved ones who have left us when the silence of their absence becomes so unbearable that you would like to shout "fai rumore" to stop feeling so lonely and stop feeling their presence everywhere you go simply because they still live inside your soul... this song won Sanremo 2020 in February and March 2020 marked the beginning of the national lockdown in Italy because of the pandemic emergency and throughout Italy people from balconies was shouting this song to.fight the feeling of solitude and shake their fears among the empty and silent city streets below... the Eurovision organization.that year arranged for a streaming show called "Shine a light" made of clips .from all the countries involved and Italy contributed with one of Diodato performing in an empty Arena di Verona with airfootage showing the also empty city streets around it...

In Turino during Semifinale 1 intermezzo act it was MESMORIZING everybody singing along with Diodato “ fai rumore” and yes my absolute favorite to win in 2020 but then ofc it was cancelled. Could you react to that performance ? ❤ from Denmark 🇩🇰
