Suggestion... get large totes from Costco. One for cooking utensils. One for towels, soap, garbage bags, matches, your sink and dish soap. One for cups, plates, napkins or paper towels, silverware used only for camping. Organize them like rooms in your house and keep them packed and stacked. Use one for groceries, staples like salt and pepper. Canned things, marshmallows, hot chocolate, vegetables, coffee.
When you go camping a quick once over and you are good to go.

I haven't been camping in 30+ years, but when I cook out at a park, I grab the aluminum foil bread pans and use them as disposable pans for heating up baked beans or whatever I might use a sauce pan for.

Jamerrill, you look just radiant and refreshed! These little camping trips seem to be so good for you! I have been advised that similar outings would be beneficial to me. I can absolutely see through your videos the benefits of proper diet, rest, exercise, and being out in nature have brought you. I can clearly see what I’ve been leaving out of my plans for a long healthy life. I’m going to plan a little weekend trip just for fun!

As a visual person, your videos could be used by psychologists on how to actually solve the anxiety/depression and also learn why we got to that state in the first place. Oh, and about those bossy tomatoes. The last kitchen project you had before your life fell apart was tomatoes. An unbelievable amount of them! For me, I felt it was like watching a train wreck about ready to happen. It made me feel so sad watching you trying to get through all of them. When I saw you succumbing to the fabulous price of the tomatoes recently I thought “oh no” she didn’t remember how she worked herself to death last time. In my mind, your body did remember. That’s why you couldn’t bring yourself to start in with them! Consider yourself a winner in the tomato issue. You’ve learned you can still be extremely productive when you don’t try to commit to such an enormous project. If the sale is so good, have a plan ahead of time for what you could do with 1/2 of it. You have such a big heart! Please don’t ever let tomatoes boss you around again.

I’m a camper. I make foil packs for each person. Super easy. I make them and freeze them. Pull them out when we go camping and throw them on the campfire hot coals even on a grill.

It is official...you are a camping family!!! YAY!!! I have a suggestion. Walmart has larger plastic bins with wheels AND a handle that can hold a good amount of your gear. Which is great for pulling out and moving around your gear. Also we bought a set of camping silverware, plastic plates and cups that stay in the bins, so we didn't have to pack it everytime or forget to pack it. We still took disposables also. I picked up the plates, silverware, cups, cooking utensils, pots and pans at the thrift stores. I hope this helps.
