If you want to trim bigger videos you can use WIN10 built in app called Videos, or photos and videos. Open your desired video in this app, select "edit" in the top right and select "trim". From this point on you can trim it any way you want. It doesn't support multiple parts but it isn't difficult to just do it multiple times.
Mind you it does need GPU resources to do this, my GTX 1070ti was at 30-50% usage and it progressed decently de/encoding a 3840x1920 11GB file. Your mileage may vary depending on the quality and length of the video.
