Installing Dropbox and why to use it

Set up is easy and I have Dropbox on my multiple computers and my phone.
When I update my documents, notes, or powerpoint presentations they get updated to ALL of my devices and as long as I can access the internet I can get my files.

I have been SAVED on several occasions when I forgot my flash drive with my documents and powerpoint presentations, but thankfully I had Dropbox.

I just logged in and downloaded the file ( to the computer I was using) and printed or continued my work then saved it back to the Dropbox account and it was automatically synced to all my devices (including my phone).

I strongly recommend using Dropbox and it is FREE ( and if you refer people you get more space - that is pretty AWESOME).

This will cease the numerous emails with all the different versions and updating the info from everyone in your group or co-workers.

It just makes having your documents in sync easier and faster.
