Who are the lucky ones? Lottery winners? Heirs to millionaires? The Kardashians?

Not according to Jesus. In the opening words of the Sermon on the Mount, He says those who are truly blessed are the ones who recognize they have nothing to bring God. It’s empty hands outstretched to Him which God says are the luckiest hands on earth. Why? Because those are the hands He fills with Himself.

Wow, Mark! That was awesome. I gave my life to Christ 55 years ago when I was desperate to be seen. I felt like nobody saw me or cared what I had to say. Since then the most awesome times in my and my husband’s lives have been what looked, from the outside, to be the worst but God turned them around to be the greatest blessing ❤
