What changes do you think most need to be made in the NHS?

What, a matron sorting out staff WOW, It's normally the theatre co_ ordinator who phones either another hospital in the trust, agencies or even staff on a day off to get more people in.

They aren’t able to actually show how busy it is because they aren’t allowed to film patients. You do realise that, right? They didn’t actually speak to or film the registered nurses who do the actual hard work looking after the patients, the band 5s. They filmed the bed when it had been vacated by the patient.
I don’t know any nurses using food banks though. Maybe London where the pay is inadequate to live decently. Staffing is the big issue and not just for nurses sake but for the patient’s sake.

aka, propaganda film. In march 2020 mum was in hospital for 2 weeks, right at the start of the pandemic; I visited from 2pm - 8pm every day she was in there. Though the nurses had12 hour shifts (they had a lot of days off in a week) by far the majority of the time the patients were just left to their own devices and I rarely saw a doctor; and a lot were elderly women crying out in distress. They were mainly in the corridor talking about which visitor they fancied.
