Great video again Jamie. Love watching these. One thing I would say is my investment strategy has changed slightly. Completely take your point of the tree trunk however investing in 100-150k properties. They are cheap now. And most likely cheap 5 years ago. Cheaper properties have higher running costs and attract poorer quality tenants = lower cash flow. I'm now looking at accumulating fewer, higher end properties. It'll be interesting to get your thoughts.

I source down in the south and if you want big cash flow and fun investment strategy the north is where it is at. But if you don't care all that much about the cashflow then parking your money in the south is a great way to grow the pot :)

For me it's Ellesmere Port good solid 7percent capital growth over the past 10 years give or take, industrial town with shell oil refinery, Cheshire oaks, chester 15 mins away, and the outline planning for a super hospital, for me a hospital equals decent growth

or always try and find a place that needs work, then refinance and rent out?
