That is actually a fascinating theory. I’m a little surprised that the Red Skull accepted Hulk’s sacrifice and kept Bruce Banner alive, but it definitely works. Excellent job.

This is very great and very well written, MissedThePart. This is definitely one of my favorite What Ifs ever. In the parts where Hulk sacrificed himself for Bruce Banner to obtain the Soul Stone and Thor snapped instead of Tony Stark to dust Thanos and his forces away, it made me think that it was like Hulk and Thor were saying to Bruce Banner and Tony Stark respectively, "Death is not your destiny. Not on this day.", since Hulk and Thor respectively knew that both Bruce Banner and Tony Stark deserve better because of what they already have in their lives both in the present and the future and did not want them to pay the price for their (Hulk and Thor) respective past mistakes.
For one of your next What Ifs, you should consider doing "What if Peter Quill/Star-Lord snapped Thanos and his armies away in Avengers: Endgame?".

Imagine if Wasp gave Bruce one of her Pym Particle Containers during the final battle so he could use the nano suit to help fight off Thanos.

Bruce: *Turns Giant* “This won’t be like last time, Purple Jaw!”

Thanos: “I don’t even know who you are.”

Bruce then picks up Thanos and begin smashing him against the ground as he did to Loki all those years ago.

Bruce: “Puny Titan.”

Sadly, the attack wasn’t enough to stop Thanos and he gives the order to “rain fire” which Bruce shrinks down to normal size to avoid getting hit.
