In September 2017, the Dolder Grand in Zurich presented the fourth edition of its gourmet festival THE EPICURE. Chef Fine Dining Heiko Nieder invited international top chefs, including 3-Michelin-starred chefs Niko Romito from Italy, Klaus Erfort from Germany, Christian Le Squer from France, Jacob Jan Boerma from the Netherlands and many more.
