This channel is a goldmine, found it less than 24 hours ago and have learned more than I have in decades. You're always covering the angles and branching your instructions based on hair types, lengths, problems, goals, etc.
So much more actionable than the one-size-fits-all crowd, and a hallmark of truly mastering your field of expertise. Thank you, Trav!!

Some leave-in conditioner has heat protection. Can I use just leave conditioner instead of use the spray ?

I got a question. As someone with short to medium length, thicker and wavier type 3 hair who wears a hat daily for my uniform how could I manage my hair/scalp health? I’m talking dry scalp/dandruff as well as my hair style? Would appreciate some feedback 😊

Yoooo hair looking good man! How have you enjoyed the shorter hair? Are you excited to get through to long hair again??

what if i want to straighten my hair? i have thick wavy hair and yeah i sometimes want them straight, from my experience you cant straighten you hair if you dont touch it with the dryer, but like a pass or two close with the blow dryer mostly on the front hair dont think will burn my hair as i dont keep it more than 2 seconds on my hair when being close. Most people think a blow dryer will magically fry their hair, even on high heat if done correctly and using a heat protectant doing a pass on your fringe will not burn it

Can you use conditioner in a length of hairs like yours Trav? I have almost the same length. They say that conditioner should not be applied directly on scalp but the shorter hair doesn't allow this and the conditioner gets a little to the scalp.

Bro pls help me out I have hair thats feels very dry and soft at the same time. Becomes tangles and frizzy and have to brush them again. Does my hair need more moisture or more protein. I have straight hair btw, high porosity medium thickenss. The ends are quiet dry and have a bit of dandruff. I dont know if i have oily or dry scalp.🙏🙏🙏

I prefer to air dry . Even when I go to a barber and they use the blow dryer it causes my scalp to get itchy

Is the leave in conditioner a styling product? Could you use it everyday?

im having hair stage depression i grew the top out for a year or two its man bun length and the meds im on makes me sweat a lot in my sleep i wake up very oily and nasty and it makes my face break out sometimes because of it. I am thinking about going with a buxx cut like a number 2 i look good with short and long hair, but when i cut it off i regret it. then go back through the 3-4 years of regrowing it. but i am trying to enter back into dating to find a wife most women dont like long hair so i think im going to buzz it off and keep it off for many years this time because im tired of taking care of it and all the things that come with it. ugh i dont wanna cut it but at the same time i do once its gone its gone for years

Sorry, but the mustache and stubble combo doesn't suit your face.
