Jbl vs samsung q800c which is best bass?

I am from Brazil. I have the Soundbar JBL BAR 500, but there is no review in Portuguese on YouTube. I need your help. My JBL SoundBar is connected to a Samsung Smart TV via HDMI eARC, it happens that every time I turn on the TV the SoundBar turns on together, but no sound comes out of the Soundbar but from the TV speakers. To get sound from the SoundBar, I have to turn it off, wait a few seconds and turn it on again, then sound comes out of the SoundBar. Would you know what the problem would be? Please answer me.

Salut. Nu stiu ce sa aleg din aceste 3 soundbar-uri ma poti ajuta care crezi ca este mai bun ?

Sorry for my bad english, I'm brazilian and recently i bought this BAR 500. Sometimes I turn on after a few days but the bar crashes and is slow to change functions and does not connect correctly to Bluetooth. So I need to unplug and plug again the BAR into the power.
Have you ever seen this problem?
Today I reset the BAR and I hope that it solves.

Salut bro!! Jbl bar 500...ce poți să spui decât, că au reușit să l facă să sune atât de bine și clar cu subwooferul care face o treabă excelentă. Este un soundbar excelent, daca ar fi avut și alte opțiuni gen play/pause skip track...ar fi fost perfect....pe viitor ai putea testa și modelul de la creative...era sus pe raft cu subwooferul acela mai mic și cu rgb pe el...o sa fii surprins cat de bine se aude și acela. Te salut!!
