Karnataka Election Results | Victory Sealed, Congress Faces Tussle For Karnataka Chief Minister Seat

Karnataka Election Result: The Congress has this evening called a meeting of its MLAs to deliberate on the tricky issue of who gets the top job after their thumping victory in the Karnataka assembly elections yesterday. In the meeting, which Karnataka Congress chief DK Shivakumar said is scheduled for 6 pm at the Shangri-La Hotel in Bengaluru, the Congress Legislative Party is expected to pass a resolution leaving it to the Congress national president to decide the chief minister pick. Sources said no final decision will be taken today, but views of all MLAs will be ascertained.

Siddaramaiah Sir was ex - cm of karnataka, very well respected and senior leader of Congress party but now considering his age and seniority, he is suitable for Central minister as Member of Parlament. Since he had already served as a CHIEF MINISTER of karnataka before, this time he should ACCORD the Status of CHIEF MINISTER to Shri D. K. SHIVAKUMAR sir who is perfectly suitable and ultimate personality for the POST of CHIEF MINISTER.

HE is hurt 💔 a lot from inside, can recognize by seeing his TV interview on NDTV. He was literally in tears. I understand how deeply he is pained from inside for sidelining him. This is not correct if Sonia Gandhi does take a proper decision to recognise the best fit for the post inspite of delivering extra ordinary numbers.
