This channel is maturing brilliantly. Informative, clear instructions, amusing, practical and easy to follow. It's unbelievable that a TV producer hasn't spotted it and pinned them down to do a mini series yet. I imagine it would be extremely popular.

Just made this for my husband whose a bit under the weather at the moment. I plated it up and he asked me “when did you go to chungs?” Which is our local Chinese. Hahahaha ! He still can’t believe I made it! He loved it! thanks 🙏 xxxx

I love how your Mum so often seems to forget that you're still filming and starts eating what you've both cooked. You might feed her something before starting the recording. Thanks for all the instructional videos, they're great.

Made this last week with the 4 tablespoons of soy and it was like tar. Total disaster which went in the bin. Tried it last night with one tablespoon, what a difference, really tasty. Thanks for posting.

Just made these for my parents and they are well impressed actually thought I ordered them in... using the msg and lucky boat noodles 100% made a difference. Also the beef was tender as I used the velveting method... thanks so much 🤤
