When are going to realize hospitals are first and foremost a business, they are going to act accordingly. It's all about money for the higher ups. The people doing the real work maybe, and that's a big maybe, in it for the right reasons but the people running the show care about the cash flow above all else.

That person on Facebook was dead on too. They fired people for not being vaccinated but are making people work that have COVID. It's all about power, you do what I say or your gone. No wonder people are leaving the profession like never before.
