Hurricane Outlook and Disucssion for Oct 13, 2017

Hurricane Ophelia will track towards Ireland and Scotland (can't believe I am typing those words) as a post-tropical cyclone. What does this mean? I go over the reason why and what to expect in today's video discussion.

I'm from the South West of Ireland. I live in Tralee, County Kerry. Not far from Scellig Michael (where the new scenes from Star Wars was shot. We are in the direct path of the storm. We're going to be the first to feel the brunt of the storm. Thanks for the updates. Much appreciated.
