60 Minutes reporter Tom Steinfort travels to the Australian outback to join a team of medical researchers developing life-changing medications sourced from native plants and animals.

For over forty years, 60 Minutes have been telling Australians the world’s greatest stories. Tales that changed history, our nation and our lives. Reporters Liz Hayes, Tom Steinfort, Tara Brown, Nick McKenzie and Amelia Adams look past the headlines because there is always a bigger picture. Sundays are for 60 Minutes.

Wow. I grew up in South Africa, many things want to either eat or kill you there too. Moved to the UK and can’t be happier, wild life is beautiful here. Bunnies, foxes, hares, hedgehogs, not to mention the song birds that I’m listening to at the moment. Not even sharks in our waters. Jip, keep the snakes and everything else. Please don’t tell me you have fantastic weather because there is nothing like a British summer. LOL thank you for having me UK!
