I have so much respect for Lewis. He went from a kid playing WoW and Minecraft to running a relatively large and prosperous corporation. He's even been forced to step in as CEO with all of this. I know that he feels somewhat trapped because so many of his good friends literally depend on him for their careers. I can't imagine how difficult that must be and I think he's doing a great job.

Lewis seems to have a very nice outlook on life. It's the kind of outlook that comes from years of seeing shitty things happen to EVERYONE and he wants to try his best for his friends and gets pulled in like 4 different directions yet he always has a fucking smile. The man is a trooper.

People mistake Lewis for an enabler, he isn't an enabler, he was just wrong with his knowledge. That is completely different. And until people can learn to identify growth over difference of opinion. We will constantly be losing good people (the Jenna Marbles stuff) to fear of being targeted and brutalised over the wrong information.

It annoys me when I see people hating on Lewis for deffending Sjin for so long at first, he was just really close freinds with him and didn't belive the allegations or want to belive them and probably just assumed that it was people just having ago at a famous person for attention so he lost his temper with the victims and accusers cause he probably just saw it as them were lying and bullying him. But obviously when he saw it so undeniably clearly with Caff he instantly asked fans to come forward about more yogs and when they called out his close friends Turps and Sjin he got an investagor and a HR person in and fired them when the allegations turned out to be true despite how close he was with them

It’s a damn shame to see this dark era consuming the Yogscast. I’ve been a Yognaught for over 10 years now and to see such humble beginnings grow into something grand and beautiful, then be stricken with a plague such as this is heartbreaking. I hope the victims of this behaviour get the support they need, they deserve better.

The people who hate on Lewis are such hypocrites, I'd love for them to honestly sit and think about how they would feel if a very close friend of their's was accused of something like Sjin was. I'd wager heavily they would immediately deny it and protect their friend, yet they slam Lewis for apparently 'ignoring' claims. Of course you're gonna trust your close friend over some random person on the internet making claims. He took the logical approach and waited for some concisive evidence to come out and then took action.

With members leaving the yogscast and a few of them blaming the toxicity of the fanbase I was expecting less support for the company as it is right now. But I am so overjoyed and relieved there are still so many yognaughts who love the Yogscast especially Lewis who is undoubtedly trying his best to make things work. I have been a fan since the Archer Hero adventure map so I might not be one of the original watchers from WoW but I still think myself of someone who watched them grow from unknown faces to cherished friends. I wish them all the best and can hopefully bounce back from the recent events.

It’s easy to feel like Lewis is a creep because of how many borderline creepy and sexist jokes he makes, but when it comes down to it, everything Lewis does it from a place of genuine caring. He doesn’t make those awkward jokes because he’s a creep, he does it because he’s genuinely just that awkward of a person.
