Nice to see all the positive comments below.
We have a fantastic manager and it sounds like the board agree. Super encouraged by the signings so far (and those yet to come), some of whom we haven't even seen yet, like Igamane... and then there's the weans (i.e. Alexander Smith). His management team is building a foundation that should be strong for years to come.

I am so glad the first attribute Phil highlighted about Propper was leadership. This is something the team on the park have been lacking for too long. Will be interesting to see how this unfolds as the season progresses. I think Phil signing extension will settle down some of the negative noise around pre-season and lets hope we can get a good start tomorrow at Tynecastle. Lets go Bears!
