This is very great tutorial. I would also recommend please try SelectorsHub to write and generate XPath & selectors. It will help a lot and improve productivity a lot. DevTools gives wrong results as it gives string match too and breaks in case of iframe, shadow dom and svg etc. SelectorsHub is a free browser plugin, just try it once you will love it.
