Its fine till 1:28. When connecting and pressing in the datalogger, instead of the wifi, it is going to my iPhone’s settings page. I'm confused. Whats next?

Multiple attempts and still no connection. Datalogger is seen by my network but does not connect via wifi....getting nowhere fast...very annoying paying for something that should have been done by installers

this is easy on video but before the last step it usually failed and need to access the IP of the data logger and there you need to connect to router. Also what is reset button in your data logger?

Following all the instructions (including reset) but the data logger WiFi never shows up on my phone.

Looks easy but the configuration is never completed. When I click complete it returns be back to the beginning. No idea, just goes round and round in circles! (not impressed!)

Is anyone at Solis reading these comments (and those on their other “tutorials”) and getting the message? We need a decent video tutorial made by skilled communicators and pitched at a level that we (not you) can understand.
Solis engineers are great technicians, no doubt, but their ad libbing videos don’t cut it!

I don't get the router page as per the video I go to log in, first box says admin then password is empty but which password ? the 123456789 or you router or your account none of them work ??

Doesn't work. My datalogger doesn't have a reset button. I can get it into AP mode by leaving it unplugged for 15 minutes and plugging it back in. But the app won't connect to it. This system is a mess. I should have known sooner so i would have bought a quality brand system.
