Been in business since 2020 Fall and went full time in January 2022. I’ve used Jobber since I went full time and it’s made it possible to grow in a healthy way and not get overwhelmed.
We raised prices this March and standardized a man hour quoting process. Profits have been up and we’ve been even more organized.

Dude, I can guarantee every time I watch one of your videos that I will be more confident with my business decisions! I recently scaled down my lawn service business to transition into full-time landscape design and construction and have been doubtful and even regretful but your videos always help me keep my head up and continue to do what "I like doing"! I have been in business since 2015 and have been stuck in what feels like an endless loop of lawn mowing but last year took on my first 30k landscape job from design to construction and have had ongoing landscape renovations jobs from there on to the point we cut down our mowing accounts 75% this year and only keeping the small nice lawns that continue to feed us landscape jobs. FR bro. I charge $55 minimum to mow. Some people say i'm crazy but I push mow and have excellent reviews and my phone don't stop ringing. Zero turn standing mower and bigger truck to tow it is next. Then an enclosed trailer to replace my open trailer and i'm all set to crush it and take on more business solo.

First full year in business. Made sure to keep my prices at a good level. Season hasn't even started and I'm looking at 15 clients so far just with google my business SEO and facebook ads. I'm hoping to hit 20 before the season starts and grow to 40 mid summer. Everyone I know has come from you, Brian and Paul. I just test new apps in my business and try to stay as solo as possible. I do all the jobs myself with maybe a little help from time to time if I want to open up opportunity for people. I learned to utilized quality tools and techniques to complete jobs faster. Master and duplicate on multiple properties. Been in business for 15 years and always try to raise prices but most prices revolve around $200-$450 4 hours in and out small loads.

Man I feel this video. 5 years in and I’m starting to get those medium sized jobs almost to the point where I can stop mowing. Probably another year or two and it’ll be consistent enough to get rid of it. So frustrating until then haha.
