Ça peaufine, ça test et ça retest le dériveur à foil, voilier nouvelle génération de chez Gerys. Depuis mon dernier essai on voit bien que les optimisations et mises au point sont rondement menées. Et j’ai cru comprendre dans toutes les conditions de vent et de mer. Le duo complémentaire, Erwan et Raphaël Censier fonds des merveilles. Je suis convaincu que c’est déjà un bateau fiable, facile et très performant. Juste pour le plaisir. Encore bravo 🙏

I want to see this in rough conditions.. I wonder what the sea keeping ability would be like cos of the surface piercing foils..

The stability looks very impressive. I wonder what happens if curious sailors try to sail with one foil up and one foil down (i.e. take the stabiliser wheels off a bicycle). Does the configuration of foil deployment mechanisms even allow such an experiment, or would damage to a single foil when at sea require the vessel to be sailed only in displacement mode to an appropriate recovery location?
