Many thanks for sharing the strategies. Could you kindly explain the strategy a little more clearly please. I mean if one sells a call Option for Rs 50...and then then if the stop loss kept at Rs 100 is hit...then I wud be losing Rs.50....but may be (if lucky) gain Rs. 50 .on the Put side if it ends at zero. So..effectively I cud only be breaking even...or at times at a small loss based on the price of the Put Option...if it has not reached zero at the time. A little more clarity would be appreciated on how do we maintain an edge with this strategy.
