"Most Americans don't know that there's a place in the US where any crime is technically legal, known as the 'Zone of D***th.' This area is located in Yellowstone National Park, predominantly in Wyoming. However, if you look closely, you'll notice small portions of the park extend into Montana and Idaho. Within this overlap lies a 50-square-mile piece of land in Idaho where crimes cannot be legally prosecuted. This peculiar situation arises from a loophole in the legal system: when a crime occurs, the jury must be drawn from both the state and the district where the crime took place. Because no one resides in both Idaho and the Yellowstone district, it's impossible to convene a jury, resulting in no trials being held and no criminals being prosecuted."

Big diffrence between legal criminal behaviour (which is an ironic oxymoron) and incapable of trying the crime.
