well first of, some bird owners will have birds that will always stay with them even if they are in the outdoors which would be known as CLINGLY BIRDS so if they choose to stay with u then they stay with you and if you let them out the outdoors and they suddenly fly away then they aren’t clingy so it really depends on how well you treat the birds, and if you treat them good enough then if they go outside they will still stay with you, and plus flatwavelength already posted a video and a yt short of her taking kedle out for a walk outside, even if kedle is in a bird leash she still chooses to be on her owners side, so think twice before you say the same thing to another bird owner neosmorgendtern.
