For some reason, the Tooth and Nail texture pack along with the Background's O' Plenty texture pack do not seem to be working when I load up base-game terraria and tmodloader. After downloading them by Subscribing to them, I took a peek into the resource pack folder on my computer and the folders were empty. Anyone have any tips to help? I really want to use Tooth & Nail + Backgrounds O' Plenty with my friends.

Also, how do you get that cool glow-sunlight shine in the background? Is that also a texture pack?
