I was a flooring installer for 17 years and have seen and performed a lot of patches. I will call you a wizard and I've picked up some good tips watching you. The Kool Glide irons really changed the patching game, also, and is one of the best investments our company ever made. Almost cheating... ;)

Where did you find the correct carpet color and pattern. Did the customer supply a carpet piece, or do you know a guy who sells carpet rems.
