Multiple times back in late 2016-2017, I truly believe that I was stuck in a time loop between 2016 and current day 2020. The jumps would often feel like I was waking from a long sleep. Then I would often talk to notable individuals, try to keep track of the date/time, learn about technology, current events and even learn about deaths, scandals, and the Coronavirus Pandemic. During those time jumps, people would often get frustrated with me. As if, I should have been aware of life's changes from 2017-2020. Once, I even spoke to the 2020 version of myself. I started going to therapy, but the jumps might be a result of PTSD/depression. But, I still can't explain those time jumps. Does anyone have any feedback? I would greatly appreciate this. If we're all capable of manipulating time, it'd be a disaster. Everyone can't win all the time, but everyone would be making changes trying to ensure that they would have whatever outcome they wanted, only to be immediately undone by those who were negatively affected by the previous outcome, over and over and over, rarely if ever actually progressing through time. We'd accomplish very little as a society, focused on more personal or local goals. On the other end of the spectrum, if only one person had the ability, we'd have to hope they weren't using it selfishly for only their needs. But who's to say that isn't the reality of existence now, because nothing would seem different to those of us who are restrained by time. Such fun things to ponder.

To travel back and forth Through Time and to extorted would take on lots of responsibilities for starters. Another words you would have to be responsible for everything. And there are no room for errors or any slip-ups. Yes traveling back and forth through time would be very nice to have if you know what you're doing, that's very important. After all you don't want to make any mistakes that could be irreversible when extorting time❕

It would depend on whether time runs on a single line or infinite lines that depend on decisions or even randomness.
And if everybody had such an ability and there was only a single time line, people would constantly be interfering with other people's "resets".

Chances are, if humans could distort time, there would inevitably be a way to suppress that ability.  For example, a theoretical type of energy field could suppress an innate ability to time travel so that sporting events within an certain space/building/area could not be cheated on during a competition.

I would say that time distortion offers up one of the best methods of space travel. Since light only travels so far. Which points out how hard it will be to unlock the true laws of time. We can't even travel lightspeed.

I feel like we could reach the 4th dimension by going FTL because theoretically we could go back in time and if we slow down to light speed we could travel forward in time and again theoretically control time and live in many millennia Century and etc seeing how everything plays out from front to back
