Stepping out of my comfort zone was always troubling for me. Every time I decide to go to yoga or go to the gym my mind says, “oh, you're too busy, you've got to stay at home, do some work, etc". My mind tries to sabotage the situation. And I always have to push myself beyond this voice.

Psychologists tell us that, by the age of 35 almost 90% of who we are and our activities are in
autopilot.

Naturally, we don't want to change. We feel so comfortable just staying the same. The body's the same too. So what to do to push ourselves out?? I talk about this in the video above.
